31st October – 2nd November, Vienna, Indoor Seminar for Umpires and Umpire’s coaches with Peter von Reth
The umpire workshop will held in parallel with an international indoor tournament, and the participants will have an active role in it. About 40 participants from Austria (25 umpires and 15 umpire’s coaches) and umpires and umpire’s coaches from Switzerland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary and Greece are attending the seminar. Conductor is FIH umpire manager Peter von Reth from Holland.
Peter von Reth will bring the participants a rich background of Top Level indoor hockey and his very important experience as umpire manager in many important FIH and EHF tournaments. His main goal for the seminar will be: Let’s celebrate Indoor Hockey!
Classroom workshops will be dynamic, with questions and lively discussion. During the seminar, it will be the usual pre- and post- match meetings between appointed umpires, the group of umpire’s coaches and Peter.
During the three hard working days there will be some topics on modern indoor hockey that will focus everybody’s attention.
The Austria Hockey Federation is very happy to host the seminar, which will help umpires and umpire’s coaches from such a big number of different countries to learn and perform better.
